Your Role: Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Gain hands-on experience across all phases of construction, from design and estimating to execution and closeout. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and local city/county officials to ensure smooth project operations. Assist with project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and value engineering. Engage with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life with the highest quality standards. What You'll Do: 3-5+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong understanding of project management principles. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
