Salary: $110k - $130k/Yr.

Summary:

We are looking for a versatile Communication Designer who excels in visual design, branding, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with product design and UX writing teams, as well as senior executives in strategy teams.

This is a newly created position that will eventually transition into a role within our Branding & Design Systems team, which is currently in its early stages.

Responsibilities will include creating compelling infographics, charts, and executive-level strategy decks. The ideal candidate should have some experience with branding and design systems, as well as a keen interest in product design.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes creative concepts for various communication materials.
• Designs and produces visual assets such as infographics, presentation, and other digital content.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
• Communicates design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and incorporates feedback into final designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Contributes to the development and expansion of branding and design systems.
• Leverages of new design techniques, motion, and interactive elements where applicable.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in brand, visual, communication, and/or product design roles.
• Strong knowledge of visual design, presentation design and impactful storytelling.
• High proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, with the ability to self-direct, prioritize, and clearly communicate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product sense: ability to understand user needs and business goals, and balance them effectively in design decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $110k - $130k/Yr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
