What You'll Do
As the Content Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic storyteller responsible for bringing our brand voice to life. You will:
Create engaging, data-driven B2B content - Develop whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, social media content, SEO-friendly copy, and more to attract, engage, and convert prospects.
Champion our brand voice - Craft compelling messaging that positions us as a challenger brand in the marketing technology space.
Collaborate across teams - Work with Business Development and other teams to develop a content strategy that supports lead generation and business growth.
Analyze content performance - Monitor engagement metrics and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content impact.
Where You'll Lead
Stay ahead of industry trends - Regularly track industry news, identify opportunities, and generate timely, relevant content.
Proactively spot content opportunities - Identify how market trends align with our platform's benefits to create impactful messaging.
Tailor content for different audiences - Develop targeted materials, including email templates, whitepapers, and webinar content, to engage various customer segments.
Take initiative - Be self-motivated and results-driven, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in a small-to-medium-sized software or technology company.
Strong writing and communication skills - Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proactive mindset - A self-starter who takes initiative to learn and improve continuously.
Tech-savvy - Experience with PowerPoint, LinkedIn, event platforms (e.g., ON24), and CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
Detail-oriented and adaptable - Able to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced, international work environment.
Remote work experience - Comfortable working independently from home. Candidates based in North Carolina are preferred.
