What You’ll Own:

  • Your Region – You’ll be the face of our brand across facilities in the Bay Area. You’ll know your accounts inside out—and they’ll know you’ve got their back.
  • Training & In-services – You’ll lead high-energy, high-impact sessions that engage nurses, clinical teams, and administrators. Virtual and on-site.
  • Adoption & Retention – You’ll ensure that users are not just trained, but empowered—and excited—to use our platform daily.
  • Stakeholder Relationships – You’ll build deep trust with users at all levels, from the floor to the boardroom.
  • Feedback Loop – You’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground, helping shape product improvements and customer strategy.
  • Proactive Support – You follow up before others even think to ask. You solve issues before they become problems.
