Now Hiring for an Executive Assistant for a Law Firm in Downtown Orlando.

The EA will support one of the managing partners of the law firm on a daily basis with all administrative and support needs! This role is accountable for the coordination and execution of high-level executive and personal tasks for the Partner and specialized project management. This position prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters confidentially, expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (summary)

• Previous law firm experience helpful but not required
• Calendar management
• Ability to professionally communicate with and provide exceptional customer service to partners, clients and employees
• Confidentiality and discretion on all matters
• Ability to proactively anticipate needs
• Organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions as needed
• Proficient in MS Office program including Teams and Outlook

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (summary)

• Assist the partner with law firm management, and some personal tasks as assigned.
• Management and communication of Partner’s calendar. Serves as the gatekeeper and sure Partner is on time for all meetings, both in-person and video conference
• Take the initiative to ensure the Partner is prepared with the right documents and information, including preparing materials or presentations for meetings
• Management of occasional travel bookings
• Business and personal errands as scheduled and requested
• Property management (coordination of vendors, repair/maintenance, etc.) as backup
• Special projects as assigned
• Able to take calls outside of business hours
• Additional tasks as assigned

This role will be full time, 40 hours per week

100% onsite, Orlando, FL

TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT

M-F Schedule: 8am to 5pm (some after hour work may be required)

Pay: up to $60k annually
