An ambitious CEO entrepreneur who manages multiple creative ventures across various industries is seeking an Executive/Personal Virtual Assistant to help manage the many components of her business. The industries include real estate, spirituality, hospitality and tourism, and agribusiness.

The CEO is looking for a sharp, proactive, and solution-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant who can assess what is working and what isn't, take the initiative to solve problems, and explore different creative approaches when necessary.

Job Summary

This highly specialized Executive Virtual Assistant role aims to optimize growth across all ventures. Responsibilities will include social media management, creating and reviewing content on platforms such as Canva, managing calendars, and sourcing additional assistance through various online platforms, including Fiverr and Upwork.

Responsibilities

Business Operations:

  • Assess successes and failures and take the initiative to develop creative solutions.
  • Manage and schedule maintenance and support for Airbnb to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for various business ventures.
  • Support project management while adapting to changing priorities and schedules, and demonstrate the ability to switch tasks independently.

Administrative Executive Support:

  • Help the CEO stay organized and on task with daily priorities.
  • Data Entry, calendar management, scheduling appointments, and making phone calls as needed.
  • Manage and nurture community connections and professional relationships to foster a strong network.
  • Coordinate communications and maintain professional networks .

Personal Lifestyle Support:

  • Calendar Management
  • Appointment Setting
  • Help maintain work-life balance through organizational support

Social Media Management Optimization:

  • Manage social media accounts and digital marketing activities.
  • & & & Create and edit engaging content for various platforms using Canva.
  • & & & Oversee the content calendar and review submissions for missing components,& & & & & such as captions or graphics.& & &
  • & & & & & Analyze successful strategies and explore new ideas and approaches.&

Business Development:

  • Source additional support as needed on platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork.
  • Help expand business reach and maintain client relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Availability for communication & during 11 AM – 9 PM CST
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • High level of efficiency and comprehension.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to adhere to strict timelines.
  • Strong communication abilities and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, specifically Pinterest and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in working with Canva.
  • Familiarity with Etsy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-oriented attitude.
