Through our Give Back program, we own our commitment to Social Responsibility and live our purpose of Packaging a Better Future. **Responsibilities** + Operate plastic extrusion machine at a rate that equals or exceeds quality and production standards + Troubleshoot routine process problems, and assist with tooling and product changeovers + Maintain adequate supplies for all line equipment to ensure continual operation + Complete required quality checks and production reports in an efficient and timely manner + Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices + Maintain work area in an organized, safe and clean manner + Provide relief to other members of team as necessary + Able to perform Packer functions **Qualifications** + 2+ years of extrusion experience + 2+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential + Ability to work independently as well as working with others effectively as a part of a team is essential + Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed **Pactiv Evergreen** is now a part of Novolex.
