Compensation: $25-$27/hour (depending on experience) Uncapped commissions + bonuses Average monthly bonus: $1,200 - $4,500 Estimated total compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+ Responsibilities: Lead with Purpose: Motivate and guide a team of canvassers to exceed goals and perform at their best. Be Hands-On: This is an active role. You'll walk neighborhoods, knock doors, and lead by example in the field. Start from the Ground Up: All managers begin with entry-level canvassing training to build a strong foundation. Coach & Develop: Provide consistent mentorship, feedback, and clear direction to help your team grow. Engage Homeowners: Train your team to build trust and start meaningful conversations that lead to quality appointments. Deliver Results: Set and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. Team Transport: At some point in the role, you may be responsible for driving a company vehicle to move your team between canvassing locations. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
