Job Description

IT Specialist

Location: Cape Coral, FL
Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually

Let’s Be Blunt

Cannabis isn’t just an industry — it’s a movement.

Mint Cannabis is proud to serve our medical cannabis patients with compassion, innovation, and unmatched service. Everything we do is about elevating the experience — for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned patient or just discovering the benefits of medical cannabis, Mint is about connection, growth, and good vibes only.

We’re hiring an IT Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves (you knew it was coming) and keep our tech running smoothly across our Florida medical locations. From POS setups to printer troubleshooting, this role keeps our operations flowing and our teams connected.

Ready to grow with us? 🌱 Let’s make it happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the tech hero for our medical dispensaries and support teams — answering tickets and solving problems efficiently

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software — from desktops to mobile devices, printers, and POS systems

  • Support Google Workspace, Windows, and Mac users across departments

  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues and support WiFi stability

  • Track and manage IT assets, devices, and inventory

  • Travel to Florida retail sites as needed (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided)

  • Stay flexible for urgent issues and occasional after-hours support

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for IT support and solving tech problems — you bring patience, clarity, and hustle

  • A customer-first mindset — especially when your "customers" are internal team members

  • Previous experience providing IT support, working a helpdesk, or resolving technical issues

  • Familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems

  • Comfort working with Google Workspace and other cloud-based platforms

  • Bonus if you’ve used ticketing tools like LGPI, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow

  • Must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the medical cannabis industry in Florida

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent credential) in Florida

  • Certifications like A+, Network+, or Google IT Support are a plus but not required

Why You'll Love Mint Cannabis

  • A work culture that’s welcoming, passionate, and built on good vibes

  • Opportunities for growth as we expand into new markets

  • Discounts on products and merch

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible roles)

  • Paid time off to relax, recharge, and take care of you

  • A chance to be part of something amaZing 🌱

A Few Things You’ll Need

  • Must meet all applicable Florida state requirements to work in a licensed medical cannabis facility

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tech setup tasks

  • Comfortable crawling under desks, accessing confined spaces, and climbing ladders if needed

  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Florida to provide on-site IT support
