Responsibilities:

• Coordinate appointments for solar system consultations with clients in Bellwood, IL, US
• Collaborate efficiently with the solar sales team to ensure prompt appointments and smooth installations
• Provide excellent customer service by professionally addressing client queries and issues
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions to support reporting needs
• Assist the sales team in optimizing appointment scheduling for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• The Lead Appointment Specialist position at Semper SolR in Bellwood, IL, US requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or inside sales
