Key Responsibilities:

• Guide a team of 40-65 employees to achieve peak performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Scheduler to ensure production targets are consistently met.
• Oversee the full range of Human Resources tasks including recruiting and training.
• Ensure daily production data is recorded accurately and meet plant quality initiatives.
• Monitor safety procedures and revise them to ensure worker safety and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma with a preference for BA/BS in business or engineering.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing setting; supervisory experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient computer skills with a preference for SAP experience.
• Commitment to safety and productivity to meet GMP requirements.

Advantages:
