Title: Physician and Provider Relations and Outreach (PPRO) Liaison Location: Tyler, TX Job Type: FTE/Permanent Position Summary: This position reports to the Market Director, Physician and Provider Relations and Outreach. Must have knowledge of key business drivers, related medical trends, and service line performance metrics. Ability to leverage internal and external data to create strategic business development plans for each service line to support the company's strategic vision and goals. Must travel to facilities relative to assigned service lines on a regular basis to provide education and build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers. Ensure providers are effectively informed of and educated about services and available resources. Communicate closely with facility and service line leadership to review market knowledge and implementation of PPRO goals for each assigned service line or facility. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outreach activities and organizational financial goals. This position will work frequently with both internal and external healthcare providers and leadership teams. The strategic ability to identify growth opportunities and link activity to results while communicating and partnering effectively with leadership is essential. Responsibilities: Serve as an extension of leadership and operations, focusing on key internal and external customers to impact market share. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external customers, including healthcare providers to leverage influence and drive high engagement. Exhibit strong command of market environment by providing strategic direction and intelligence to inform growth strategies and service line initiatives. Identify opportunities for business development leadership. Demonstrate high strategic focus and create data-driven growth plans that are regularly presented to facility leadership. Display strong business acumen and leverage data to inform strategic growth plan development. Meet targets for assigned service lines. Analyze data and track results. Maintain accurate account and contact information in CRM tool. Skillfully prospect for new business to increase market share growth. Manage an effective target list and demonstrate effective reach and frequency. Communicate key service line messages that are aligned with growth strategies. Partner with practice operations leadership to create growth strategies and manage operational opportunities that are patient-centric. Identify and communicate barriers to business to leadership, recommending solutions and communication strategies. Analyze, integrate, and understand business functions and utilize multiple tools to assess marketplace opportunities. Create data-driven strategic growth sales plans. Ensure customer-focused practices, where the customer perspective drives business decisions and activities. Communicate effectively to ensure mutual understanding and respect with internal, external customers, and teams. Align with team members to accomplish strategic goals. Collaborate strategically with key stakeholders. Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety. Demonstrate an owner mentality. Work well in a matrixed environment. Work with the analytics team to identify new business opportunities and changing trends for assigned service lines. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required. 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales or relevant work experience. 2 years of previous experience in healthcare or a related field. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work independently. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and current economic trends and challenges. Ability to understand larger strategic goals and leverage the role effectively to drive growth. Ability to align results with organizational goals and expectations. Translates initiatives into action and implements communication strategies. Creates accountability in self and others. Strong written and verbal communication skills, compelling enough to drive others' thoughts and actions while ensuring understanding.
