What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead business development initiatives, contributing to a $2-4M annual book of business and collaborating across business consulting groups
• Oversee multiple project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to budget and scope
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as account lead for designated accounts
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep understanding of their business and Veeva technology
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment within the practice

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting
• Significant background in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical
• Proven track record in delivering client advisory engagements and business development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in project management and developing structured approaches to business problems
• Proven experience managing engagement economics and leading teams effectively
• Ability to travel approximately 25% as required by engagements
