Join Our Team! We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee food safety and quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. If you're passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and leading a team toward excellence, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement food safety programs (HACCP, GMP compliance).

Conduct audits and inspections to ensure regulatory adherence.

Monitor production processes for consistency and quality.

Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

Train and lead quality assurance staff.

Collaborate across departments to define quality protocols.

Additional Skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.

HACCP, SQF, or GFSI certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations.

Experience in food manufacturing or processing
