About the Role
Welcome to an exciting journey as a Senior Human Resources Partner, where you'll collaborate closely with operations and maintenance teams on vital workforce and labor relations initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee all Talent Management efforts and recruitment processes.
Engage in key Talent decisions, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Address human resource and labor relations queries, escalating complex cases to management as needed.
Serve as a pivotal business ally and leader for operational and maintenance sectors.
Utilize crucial metrics to shape project objectives and enhance mill operations.
Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, performing preliminary assessments and forwarding to HR leadership when necessary.
Conduct preliminary investigations for employee relations cases, with HR Manager assistance for further investigation.
Collaborate with Labor Relations and HR Manager to execute research relating to HR policies, negotiations, and compensation.
Stay informed on laws and regulations concerning NLRA, EEO, and other HR-related matters.
Support in preparing plans, policies, and conducting negotiations with labor organizations.
Fulfill additional duties as necessitated by operation needs.
