Job Description

The Opportunity

As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will develop and execute IT Service Management strategies to enhance business impact. As a Manager you will lead teams, oversee ITSM processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement
  • Encourage working together across teams to achieve shared objectives
  • Mentor junior staff to build their capabilities in ITSM
  • Uphold standards of service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preferred field(s) of study: Computer Science
  • ITIL v4 Certification preferred
  • Developing and executing IT Service Management roadmap
  • Creating analytics and insights through ITSM data
  • Overseeing day-to-day ITSM processes
  • Advocating for ITSM practices
  • Participating in audits and compliance
  • Managing relationships with PwC leaders and clients
  • Utilizing ServiceNow for continuous improvement
