Position: Program Manager SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation

Location: Kansas City, KS (Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site)

Duration : 12 Months

Travel: Required to India

Experience: 15+ years of SAP Program Management

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation .

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of Program Management of 3-5 full lifecycle SAP S4/Hana implementations excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage large-scale enterprise transformations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Oversee the entire SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to go-live.
• Project Governance: Develop and enforce program roadmaps, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Onsite & Offshore Coordination: Work on-site in Kansas City (2-3 days a week) and manage offshore teams, with travel to India as required.
• Budget & Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining project timelines and cost-effectiveness.
• Change & Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 15+ years of SAP Program Management , with expertise in handling complex enterprise implementations.
• SAP Implementation: Minimum 3-5 full lifecycle SAP implementations , Greenfield projects.
• Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to drive program success.
• Global Exposure: Ability to work across geographies, with experience managing offshore teams.
• Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to lead large, high-impact SAP transformations effectively.
