What You'll Be Doing

• Travel Booking: Researching flights, coordinating accommodations, creating itineraries
• Event Coordination: Supporting logistics and communication for personal and professional events
• Retreat Planning: Assisting in organizing immersive retreats, from vendors to guest management
• Budgeting: Tracking expenses, reconciling receipts, managing personal and event budgets
• Project Support: Light project management, including task tracking and vendor follow-up
• Creative Support: Helping with occasional social media scheduling, content planning, and light PR coordination
