Location: Granite Falls, NC
Shift: 8PM - 8AM
Pay Rate: $16/HR

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-tech converting machinery to produce quality materials

• Perform regular quality checks and basic maintenance

• Minimize material waste and support sustainability initiatives

• Use tools such as band saws and work closely with other departments

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to read and interpret detailed measurements (down to 1/32”)

• Basic computer skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move for the duration of your shift

• Comfortable working in environments with heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipment
