Compensation: 130k - 160k base plus bonus

****Ideal candidates will have some experience working for a financial services firm (private equity, asset management, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to forecast future performance across firm strategies
  • Efficiently and accurately model ad hoc business scenarios to drive thoughtful and confident decision making
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the Firm’s budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes and deliverables
  • Assist in the development and implementation of FP&A tools, automation, and systems
  • Compile data and develop reports and dashboards to monitor financial performance
  • Perform revenue and expense trend analysis to identify operating efficiency and cost reduction strategies
  • Monitor operating performance and conduct root cause analysis to identify key drivers and highlight trends via executive reporting
  • Assist in the development of presentations to Senior Management by preparing reports, graphs, and charts of financial data
  • Partner with internal teams to gather input, align planning efforts, and support initiatives
  • Conduct industry and peer benchmarking to enhance business insights

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CFA or CPA a plus
  • 6+ years of progressive finance experience; proven FP&A skills
  • Previous experience working for a financial services firm
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data mining capabilities
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems; with WorkDay preferred
