The Print and Mail Associate is an essential team member of the Moody's Duplicating and Mail Services Teams. This role will support Moody’s Ratings, Shared Services and Analytics on a global scale.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in print production or a related field.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Perform basic PDF editing and use Microsoft Teams for messaging.
  • Highly beneficial to be able to lift and transport heavy packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency with printing equipment and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Education :

  • Associates Degree is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities :

The Duplicating team is responsible for printing, collating, and binding all of Moody's internal documents, seminar materials, forms, and promotional materials. We support a wide range of print projects to ensure that all departments have the materials they need to succeed.

  • Receive, manage and execute inbound Print and Duplication requests with exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
  • Support projects ranging from Color and Black & White Printing, Poster and Oversize Printing, Brochures, Newsletters, and Reports and can involve printing and assembling single and multi-page brochures, newsletters, and research reports.
  • Prepare and print presentations in PowerPoint, PDF, and Word formats.
  • Provide binding and stapling services for various documents.
  • Print and prepare flyers, postcards, and agendas for various events and purposes.
  • Scan documents and create PDF files for digital distribution.
  • Maintain print equipment in good working condition by making customer-approved repairs and adjustments. Call repair service when necessary.
  • Ability to manage, qualify and prioritize Print Queue requests.

The Mail Services team is responsible for Incoming and Outbound mail deliveries, package handling and sorting.

Mail Services:

  • Prepare and send out all outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments and individuals.
  • Manage the receipt and delivery of packages, ensuring they reach the intended recipients promptly.
  • Sort and organize mail for efficient distribution within the organization.
  • As needed, walk to the local post office to mail items.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$46,800.00 - [[$67,800.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
