Job Title: RF Engineer

Location: Mahwah, NJ/Melville, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and propose DAS and small cell network solutions.
• Use sales process workflow systems effectively.
• Conduct field work, measurements, and data analysis to confirm system designs.
• Configure, test, optimize, and commission DAS and small cell networks.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and support new technology trials.
• Collaborate closely with customers on system design, performance, and optimization.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in EMS, Antenna theory, and MS Excel (mid to advanced level).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with small cell architecture and 2G,3G,4G wireless technologies.
• Ability to use prediction tools and Mapinfo.
• Knowledge of radio wave propagation fundamentals and optical transmission.
• Experience in using test equipment and software.
